Family Picture

I'm finding it harder than it should be to get a family photo!  It's hard to coordinate a time that we have a camera available, are dressed "nice", all together and have an extra person to take the photo!  And by dressed nice I really just mean normal clothes, not lounging clothes/pajamas.   One wouldn't think this would be so difficult......   This is our newest family photo (sans the dog):
